These Terms of Sale govern all commercial transactions, digital asset purchases, and licensing agreements executed on the AuraSonic marketplace platform. By placing an order, completing a checkout sequence, or downloading media content from our servers, you explicitly agree to be bound by this transactional framework.

1. Pricing, Currency, and Tax Formations

All prices listed on our digital product cards are denominated in US Dollars ($) unless explicitly stated otherwise. AuraSonic reserves the right to adjust transactional pricing parameters, institute promotional sales cycles, or clear stock tracks without prior notice. Any applied discount codes or promotional vectors must be successfully inputted before authorizing the checkout sequence; retroactive code application is mathematically unavailable.

2. Payment Verification & Fraud Screening

To maintain an immaculate security profile with our merchant gateway providers, all financial transactions undergo automated screening:

3. Irrevocability of Digital Delivery

By completing your commercial transaction, you formally acknowledge that the performance of this sales contract begins instantly upon clicking "Purchase" or "Pay Now". Because digital file architectures can be replicated effortlessly and cannot be physically returned, you waive any statutory consumer withdrawal periods or buyer’s remorse refund options. If a download link fails to fire due to server script errors, our technical support framework will manually push the files to you upon verification of your order number.

4. Commercial Usage Restrictions & Scope

The sale of an audio asset from AuraSonic grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, lifetime synchronization license. This allows you to combine the music background with visual content, media assets, streaming loops, or marketing creatives. This sale does **not** transfer intellectual property ownership, copyright registries, or performance collection rights. Buying a track does not permit you to resell the track standalone, upload it to music streaming ecosystems (like Spotify or Apple Music) under your own artist profile, or distribute it as stock media.

5. Chargeback Disputes & Transaction Integrity

AuraSonic logs all server download events, IP interactions, timestamp credentials, and email delivery receipts. In the event that a fraudulent dispute or unauthorized chargeback is filed with a banking institution, we will submit these technical server records as clear proof of delivery. Fraudulent claims harm digital marketplaces, and accounts engaging in such behavior will have their synchronization licenses permanently revoked and blacklisted from our networks.
