⚠️ DIGITAL ITEM POLICY SPECIFICATION:

Because our products are digital assets delivered instantly via internet download, all sales are final. Once an audio file, loop, or track has been purchased and the digital download link has been generated or delivered, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

Unlike physical items, digital goods cannot be physically returned, reclaimed, or verified as completely deleted from a buyer's device. By completing your purchase at checkout, you acknowledge and explicitly agree that you waive your right to a refund once the digital fulfillment process has been initiated.

Technical Issues & Exceptions

We take the precision and quality of our audio files seriously. If you experience technical faults, we resolve them according to the following framework:

Reported Case Our Resolution Framework
Broken Download Link Immediate link regeneration or manual email delivery of the files.
Corrupt File (.wav / .mp3) Replacement file link issued immediately upon verifying the technical issue.
Incomplete Audio Bundle Missing stems, elements, or documentation delivered within 24 hours.
Buyer's Remorse / Accidental Order Not eligible for refund. Please use our preview players before purchasing.

Unauthorized Account Activity

AuraSonic is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made on your behalf. We recommend keeping your payment credentials secure. However, in verified cases of payment fraud, we will cooperate fully with relevant financial networks and payment processors to assist the rightful cardholder.
